Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a download link immediately. You’ll also get an email with your files for safekeeping. Each file includes multiple aspect ratios so you can print in standard frame sizes (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5x7, 11x14, and A-sizes).

🖨️ How do I print my digital art?

You have several options:

  • Print at home if you have a good-quality printer

  • Use a local print shop for larger sizes

  • Order through an online print service (many offer affordable poster or canvas prints)

This flexibility means you save money compared to buying pre-printed art.

💸 Do you offer refunds on digital art?

Because these are digital files, we do not offer refunds once a file is downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us right away; we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

🔎 Are your designs unique?

Yes! The vast majority of our designs are exclusive to Palette Pad and cannot be found anywhere else. We’re constantly adding new art to our collections, including botanical prints, minimalist wall art, wildflower collections, vintage artwork, and more.

🌍 Can I use Palette Pad art for commercial purposes?

Our files are for personal use only (home, office, gifts). If you’d like to use them commercially, please reach out to us to discuss a licensing option.
